The latter had attended a
workshop held in the Village Hall the previous week. Organized
by the Children's Committee to help
them to practice preparing their entries and the proper staging
techniques. Maybe next year
they'll provide a workshop for the adults too!
The show provided an excellent
display of vegetables, fruit and flowers and a variety of
crafts, including cookery, needlework and wool crafts, woodwork,
photography and hand-writing.
